Steak Flipper - Forged from Railway Spike

Hand forged steak or meat turner. Great for flipping meat on a BBQ or stove top. 
Horsfield Knives made this tool from a genuine Canadian Railway spike. The spike was lengthened using a forge (at 1700 F , hammer and anvil, then twisted for artistic appearance and better grip. The meat flipper is about 12-14 inches long.
